A.J. is a retired Physical Therapist Assistant and a former Licensed Massage Therapist.

She started learning Tai Chi in 2015 by attending classes with TCHI Certified Instructors, Anne and Bob Plyler.

In 2016 she received her first TCHI Instructor Certification after attending a workshop lead by Bill and Linda Pickett.

She has also studied Yang 24 Forms and Shibashi 18  with Bill and Linda Pickett.

She received her Instructor Certification for TCA 1 and 2 in 2017.

A.J. is also a Certified Instructor in several other forms of Dr. Paul Lam’s TCHI programs.

Currently she teaches TCA 1, TCA 2 and Yang 24 Forms at various locations around Asheville North Carolina.
