Started attending a Tai Chi class at a branch of the local YMCA in 2016.

Was introduced to Sifu Bill Pickett in 2017. Earned TCHI’s TCA series certification in 2018 and now teach Tai Chi at the Y where I started.

Was introduced to 24 Postures Therapeutic Qigong in 2021 by Sifu Pickett.

I look forward to more in depth study and practice of this discipline and sharing it with others.
