Julianne's path to wellness began in 2003, with a diagnosis of Celiac Disease.
Since then, she has adopted a gluten-free lifestyle and has helped numerous others do so as President of the WNY Gluten Free Diet Support Group.
To compliment her gluten-free diet, she began practicing 24 Posture Therapeutic Qigong several years ago.
Because of the many benefits she had experienced from consistent Qigong practice, she became a certified instructor in 2016 so that she could help others achieve the same.
